Training Options

Choose the level of customization that is right for you!!!

Level 1 Training Plans($100)

Each Level 1 training plans begin with an in person fitness assessment. They are highly customized and highly adaptable. The plan is tailored to your goals, schedule and current fitness level. The plan is constructed weekly and adapted based on how each workout feels allowing us to fine tune the workouts more to achieve the greatest adaptations. Because of the frequent communication between you and your trainer these plans have the greatest amount of accountability.

Level 2 Training Plans($40)

Each Level 2 training plans begins with an in person fitness assessment. They are highly customized, but less adaptable. The plan is tailored to your goals, schedule, and fitness level, but the plan is emailed out one month at a time. Each month is adjusted based on the feedback from the previous month.

Level 3 Training Plans($0-15)

Each level 3 plan is designed with a specific goal. Each plan includes 8 weeks of training plans. Though our level 3 training plans are not adaptable or customized we do have a broad range of running, cycling, and adventure plans available.
