Spartan Race Report by Heidi

When I was driving to the Spartan Race, I was so nervous. It was my first race and I didn't know if I had gotten in over my head. Before training I was horrible at hills and this race would have a lot of them. However, after I started the race it wasn't as bad as I thought. I ran 9 miles, completed 29 obstacles, and crossed the finish line 4th in my age group. I don’t know if I could have finished this race without Zach’s training, but I defiantly know I wouldn't have done as well.  Finishing this race gave me the motivation and confidence I needed to try even more challenging races. Thank you adventure fitness!
